General conditions

The total price of the apartment reservation is indicated in the descriptive sheet of each one, expressed in the official currency of the Economic and Monetary Union of the European Union (€) for days, weeks or months. In principle, the minimum stay is stipulated at 3 nights and may be lower or higher in certain periods of the year according to Bookipro apartments conditions at the time of booking.

The final price expressly includes the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC), the final cleaning of the apartment, sheets and towels, consumption and internet connection.

Prices and services may be modified or changed at any time, which will be communicated at the time of booking and subsequently confirmed in writing. However, possible changes will not affect reservations for which we have already received confirmation.

It could be the case that these modifications occur after the reservation has been contracted and that they will affect essential points of the contract. In that case you may terminate the contract, free of charge, within a period of five days, and the payment made will be refunded. In this case, the guest does not have the right, in any case, to receive any compensation for said cancellation.
